Carefully follow the steps below if you need help please go to our "Contact" section of our website or submit a support request.

  1. Click on the name of the test acquired and that you want to register.

  2. Fill out the form completely.

  3. Scan the courier return WAYBILL and upload it to the appropriate box in the electronic format (if applicable).

  4. Scan the signed informed consent with all the requested information fields and upload it in the corresponding box in the electronic format.

  5. After registering the sample, proceed to free shipping of the sample through our courier according to the instruction sheet received with our kit.

  6. You will receive your results in 5 weeks!
