About

The analysis of individual cells allows researchers to gain new knowledge in a diverse set of research areas, including developmental biology, tumor heterogeneity and pathogenesis and disease progression. It allows the comparison of genomic / transcriptomes / epigenome of individual cells and allows the evaluation of similarities and differences within a population of cells. The 10x Genomics' Chromium Single Cell system using Diploide is the single cell profiling platform that allows the analysis of large numbers of cells with the highest capture efficiency (up to 65%). Its technology divides the reactions into nanoliter scale drops containing pearls with unique barcodes called GEM (Gel Bead-In EMulsions). This core technology can be used to divide individual cells or high molecular weight DNA to prepare next-generation sequencing libraries in parallel.

The single cell service using the Diploid Chromium 10xG platform allows for reliable investigation of the genomic, transcriptomic and epigenomic individual cells with minimal bias. We can offer complete solutions for:
